Knowledge management
Knowledge resources, content organisation, research, learning support, and information architecture that help people find, maintain, and reuse information.
Systems · Information · People
I connect legal understanding with hands-on technology work to organise knowledge, improve workflows, and implement reliable systems.

Legal understanding. Hands-on technology.
Profile / 2026
Experience across knowledge management, legal operations, and technology implementation, connecting the way information is organised with the systems and processes people use every day.
What I bring
Knowledge resources, content organisation, research, learning support, and information architecture that help people find, maintain, and reuse information.
Platform configuration, workflow automation, testing, troubleshooting, and user support, informed by a foundation in networking and cybersecurity.
Matter intake, process design, responsible AI adoption, and information governance, grounded in legal research and human review.
Current work / Myhealth
I design, administer, and improve workflows for Myhealth's Legal and Governance function across matter intake, knowledge systems, legal technology, responsible AI, entity-management coordination, and process improvement.
Operational + staged integration
Designed and built a structured intake and matter-orchestration workflow across Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate, with deterministic routing, mandatory metadata, naming controls, human review gates, failure alerts, and manual fallbacks. Core intake and orchestration components are operational; connected/API stages are being deployed progressively through approval gates.
Design and ownership of intake, matter architecture, records, repositories, metadata, reporting, and future-state process mapping.
Administration and configuration of legal platforms, workflow automation, integrations, testing, and practical adoption support.
Tool evaluation, prompt and workflow design, controlled use, human verification, and change-managed improvement.
Entity-lifecycle processes, document execution and filing, information quality, ownership clarity, and reliable follow-through.
Selected work
Projects combining legal research, information design, and practical technology, with attention to user needs, privacy, and implementation.
A guided internal-dispute-resolution workflow that turns complex superannuation complaint categories into topic-specific prompts, evidence pathways, and a structured complaint letter.
A self-hosted workflow for producing pseudonymised, LLM-ready safe copies of sensitive documents, with mapping controls, audit trails, verification, and a governance report.
More projects
Business websites, a searchable knowledge repository, and exploratory prototypes show different applications of the same practical skills.
03 / Web & information design
Built simple, responsive websites for local businesses, sole operators, and community-facing projects, with a focus on clear structure, usability, and professional presentation.
Assisted with basic Google Ads setup and online visibility so small businesses could be easier to find and communicate their services more clearly to potential customers.
Designed websites to provide essential information, contact pathways, and a credible online presence without overcomplicating the user experience.
I built and maintain practical websites for a construction business and a hair salon. Each began with the same question: what does a prospective customer need to understand and do next? The work centred on clear services, intuitive structure, responsive presentation, contact pathways, and basic search visibility.
The real skill was translation: turning a non-technical brief into information architecture, plain-language content, and a public-facing site the owner can use with confidence.
04 / Legal design prototype
Educational prototype · Not legal advice
The obligation to take reasonable care to avoid causing foreseeable harm to others.
Whether conduct fell below the legally required standard of care.
Whether the breach was factually and legally connected to the harm suffered.
Whether recognised loss occurred and was a sufficiently foreseeable consequence.
Built an early legal-design prototype to help non-lawyers see the basic structure of a negligence issue before paying for advice. It responded to an access-to-justice problem: people often cannot tell whether an issue is worth raising with a lawyer.
The prototype translated duty, breach, causation, and loss into plain-language prompts while deliberately stopping short of legal conclusions. Because negligence turns on facts, evidence, policy, and judgment, it directs users towards better questions for a lawyer rather than presenting automated answers.
05 / Knowledge systems
A searchable legal notes repository built to organise legal knowledge across law and technology subjects.
Designed and published a searchable repository for my law and technology study materials, including intellectual property, digital platform regulation, corporate law, evidence, administrative law, networking, and cybersecurity. The work applies knowledge management and information architecture to make complex material easier to find, structure, and reuse.
Explore the repository06 / User research prototype
A prototype exploring how webcam-based eye-gaze tracking can support user research and design feedback.
Developed a prototype that tracks a user's visual attention while viewing selected images, then uses the results to identify design preferences and generate a related moodboard. The project explored user experience, behavioural data, client preference-mapping, and the privacy implications of collecting attention-based information.

About
I currently design, administer, and improve workflows for Myhealth's Legal and Governance function across technology enablement, responsible AI, knowledge systems, entity-management coordination, and process improvement. Consequential legal judgment remains with the lawyers; my role is to make the surrounding systems, information, and processes reliable, usable, and governable.
Before that, I worked across knowledge management, professional development, and eDiscovery at Kennedys. That experience informs how I organise knowledge, support learning, and help people use legal information and technology in their day-to-day work.
My technical foundation spans networking, cybersecurity, systems support, and information architecture, alongside practical web and workflow projects. I study Law and Information Technology at UTS. Across these settings, I work on understanding requirements, configuring and testing systems, and helping people use them.
